Baja Cantina is a one-off concept located in the heart of The Woodlands, Texas on Waterway Avenue. Baja traces its' creation and origin to The Woodlands.

Our carefully and lovingly crafted food and specialty drinks reflect a blend of Mexican, Latin, and Californian cultures. Our tastes are based on traditional Mexican dishes and flavors like carnitas and cotija cheese and add a twist of Southern California fusion which places an emphasis on fresh ingredients, seafood, and a Baja flare.
